3. Not Tax or Financial Advice

HostBooks is not a tax advisor, accountant, or financial advisor. The information and exports provided are for organizational purposes only. Always verify extracted data for accuracy and consult a qualified tax professional before filing.

4. Accuracy of Extracted Data

AI-powered extraction is not perfect. HostBooks makes no guarantee that extracted values (amounts, dates, vendors, categories) are accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any errors before relying on the data.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to upload any unlawful content.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostBooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any errors in extracted data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for abusive purposes.
